    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Thickening Mixture

    • 2 tbsp starch
    • 💧 1/3 cup water

Dice the onion, cube the tofu, and chop the green onion.

Mix soy sauce, chili powder, minced garlic, doenjang, gochujang, and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion to make scallion oil.

Add ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.

Add diced onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.

Pour 2 cups of water into the pan and bring to a boil.

Add cubed tofu to the boiling mixture.

Prepare the thickening mixture by combining starch and water, then pour into the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens.
