Seasoning
- Adequate amount of anchovies
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients: rice, Spam, anchovies, kimchi, egg, sugar, and corn syrup.
Pan-fry the anchovies on medium heat until golden and crispy, removing moisture.
Add sugar and corn syrup to the fried anchovies and mix evenly on low heat.
Set the cooked anchovies aside to cool.
