Main Ingredients
- 200g fish cake, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Optional Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
Add the sliced fish cake, onion, carrot, and green pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
In a small bowl, mix gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the stir-fried ingredients and cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring well to coat evenly.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
