ÉTAPES
Trim the roots and peel the outer layer of the chives.
Wash the chives under running water.
Boil water in a pot and blanch the chives for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on their thickness.
Cool the blanched chives in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients and toss with the chives.
