ÉTAPES
Peel and prepare the potatoes, green chilies, and garlic.
Slice the onion into visually appealing pieces.
Layer potatoes at the bottom of a frying pan, then add onion, green chilies, and garlic on top.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, and cooking oil to the pan.
Sprinkle red pepper powder over the ingredients.
