- 🍚 130g cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 10cm green onion, sliced
- 💧 500ml water
- 1 anchovy stock pack
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- small amount fish sauce
- 🧂 small amount salt
- small amount seaweed flakes
- 🌰 small amount sesame seeds
- small amount pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil 500ml water with 1 anchovy stock pack in a pot to make broth.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add a small amount of pepper, and whisk.
Slice 10cm green onion thinly and set aside.
Add cooked rice to the prepared broth in the pot over medium heat.
Stir the rice until the grains break apart, then add the whisked eggs, fish sauce, and salt to taste. Stir in the green onion.
Cook until the eggs are fully set, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.
Serve the porridge in a bowl and garnish with 1 tbsp sesame oil, seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, and a small amount of pepper.
