- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1-2 handfuls of chopped green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash of soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the green onion.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and add the green onion to make scallion oil over medium heat.
Push the green onion to one side of the pan and crack 2 eggs into the other side to make scrambled eggs.
Season the eggs with a pinch of pepper and the green onion with a dash of soy sauce. Once the eggs are cooked, mix them with the green onion.
Add 1 bowl of cooled cooked rice to the pan, break it apart, and stir-fry with 1 tbsp oyster sauce over low heat until evenly mixed.
