INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍄 A small amount of mushrooms
Seasonings
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- A small amount of sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Chop the green onion and mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat oil in a small frying pan and crack the egg into it.
Add a pinch of salt and stir the egg gently to make scrambled eggs. Transfer to a plate once done.
Add oil to the same pan and stir-fry the green onion over medium heat until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry together (optional).
Reduce heat to low and add 0.5 tbsp chili powder. Stir well.
Add the scrambled eggs back to the pan and stir-fry together. Finish with a small amount of sesame oil.
