 - 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tbsp pancake flour
 - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 
ÉTAPES
Prepare all the ingredients by chopping the vegetables finely.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a strainer. Press with a spoon to remove excess oil.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped vegetables, eggs, black pepper, pancake flour, and salt. Mix well.
Scoop the mixture with a spoon and shape into small pancake-sized portions.
Pan-fry the pancakes on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
