- 🍆 2 eggplants
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the eggplants into 1cm thick pieces.
Mince the garlic and green onion.
Preheat a pan and grill the eggplants without oil.
Cook the eggplants on medium-high heat until golden on both sides.
Place the grilled eggplants on a rack to cool slightly.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, plum syrup, minced garlic, minced green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Gently mix the eggplants with the sauce.
Sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top for garnish.
