INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced pork
 - 🍆 2 eggplants
 - 1 piece ginger, julienned
 - 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
 
Simmering Sauce
- 💧 200cc water
 - 50cc concentrated noodle sauce (3x strength)
 
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix the pork with cornstarch and knead well.
Cut the eggplants diagonally into bite-sized pieces while rotating them. Julienne the ginger.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the eggplants and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Add the pork and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
Add the simmering sauce ingredients (water and noodle sauce) to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
