Meat
- 🍗 100g ground chicken (thigh)
Vegetables
- 🥬 240g daikon (8cm piece)
- 🧅 1 green onion (165g)
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Peel the daikon thickly, cut it into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces. Mince the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground chicken and minced ginger, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the chicken changes color.
Add daikon, green onion, and the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the daikon becomes translucent.
Add the potato starch mixture (potato starch and water) to thicken the sauce.
