- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 bok choy
- 1/5 zucchini
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 1/3 onion

- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch sesame seeds
- A pinch parsley powder
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 tbsp tsuyu
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice cabbage, zucchini, carrot, green onion, and onion. Halve the bok choy leaves.
Heat 2 tbsp chili oil and 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add cabbage, carrot, zucchini, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until vegetables are softened.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Avoid overcooking to maintain a tender texture.
Blanch udon noodles briefly in boiling water, drain, and add to the pan. Stir in 3 tbsp tsuyu and 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
Add bok choy and stir-fry briefly over medium heat. Keep the leaves vibrant and green.
Sprinkle ground pepper and mix well.
Plate the dish and garnish with sesame seeds and parsley powder.
