- Shrimp - 🦐 6 shrimp (90g), peeled and deveined
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Vegetables - 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 🍋 Lemon wedges, as needed
- Chopped Italian parsley, as needed
 
- Batter - 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 💧 100ml water
 
- Yogurt Sauce - 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
 
- Oil - Salad oil, as needed
 
ÉTAPES
Tear green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Rinse and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper.
Mix all yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Combine all batter ingredients in a separate bowl and mix until smooth.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Dip shrimp in batter and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Plate the shrimp with green leaf lettuce, drizzle yogurt sauce over shrimp, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
