- 🦐 15 medium shrimp
- 🐙 2 octopus
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 🧅 3 green onions
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Boil shrimp in salted water with wine or cooking wine, then peel leaving only the tails. Blanch octopus in the same water.
Cut cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green onions into appropriate sizes.
Combine prepared shrimp, octopus, and vegetables in a bowl.
Mix mustard sauce ingredients together and toss with the shrimp, octopus, and vegetables.
