INGRÉDIENTS
- Pasta - 🍝 200g spaghetti
 
- Seafood - 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 🌽 50g frozen corn
 
- Dairy - 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
 
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp olive oil
 
- Herbs - Chopped parsley, to taste
 
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
 
ÉTAPES
Wash the peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil a pot of water, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add shrimp, and sauté until color changes. Remove shrimp.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add flour and stir until no lumps remain. Gradually add milk and cook on low heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add spaghetti, sautéed shrimp, and corn to the sauce. Mix well.
Serve on plates and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
