INGRÉDIENTS
- Meat - 🍗 200g ground chicken breast
 
- Vegetables - 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 50g onion, finely chopped
- 8 shiso leaves, chopped
 
- Seasonings - 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
- Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Garnish - 🥚 1 egg yolk
 
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the onion, enoki mushrooms, and shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped vegetables, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and potato starch until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
In a separate bowl, mix sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the patties and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the patties.
Serve the patties with a raw egg yolk on the side for dipping.
