- 🍜 1 pack Shin Ramyun
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧄 7 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🥓 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 1/2 pack ramen seasoning
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil Shin Ramyun noodles for 3 minutes, rinse briefly in cold water, and drain.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, sauté sliced garlic until fragrant, then add chopped onion and bacon. Season with a pinch of black pepper and cook until ingredients are tender.
Add 1 cup milk and 1/2 pack ramen seasoning to the pan. Stir well to dissolve the seasoning and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until well coated. Let the sauce thicken slightly.
Add 2 slices of cheese and stir until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Serve immediately.
