- 2 cups sweet potato stems
Seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp sesame powder
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 3-4 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Peel the sweet potato stems and boil them for 5-10 minutes until tender but not overly soft.
Drain the boiled sweet potato stems and stir-fry them in a pan lightly coated with cooking oil.
Add 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic and stir-fry together.
Add 2.5 tbsp of soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
Add 2-3 tbsp of sesame powder generously and mix well.
Add 3-4 tbsp of water and stir-fry until the stems are evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve the sesame sweet potato stem stir-fry warm and enjoy its nutty and tender texture.
