- 2/3 cup blanched seaweed
- 🧈 2/3 cup tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- 400ml water
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soybean paste
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Chop green onion and onion into small pieces.
Cut tofu into rectangular pieces and slice the blanched seaweed into bite-sized portions.
Slice the chili pepper into thin rounds.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add soybean paste, onion, and green onion.
Add tofu to the pot and continue boiling.
Add seaweed, minced garlic, soy sauce, and fish sauce to season the soup. Finally, add the sliced chili pepper.
Serve as a soup or prepare the rice bowl by placing cooked rice in a bowl.
Drizzle sesame oil over the rice, pour the soup on top, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
