- 🐟 100g canned tuna, drained
- 🧅 1/3 onion, finely chopped
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tbsp Korean soybean paste (doenjang)
- 1/2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the onion.
Heat a pan over low heat, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for 2 minutes.
Once the onion turns translucent, add the drained tuna and stir-fry for another minute.
Add the soybean paste, chili paste, and chili powder. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. If the mixture becomes too dry, add 1–2 tbsp of water.
Serve the seasoned tuna with rice, wrap it in leafy greens, or use it as a filling for kimbap.
