- 6 tbsp plum extract
- 3 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Toast the seaweed sheets in a frying pan until crispy on both sides.
Place the toasted seaweed in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, plum extract, perilla oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
