- 🦐 1 cup seafood mix
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 handful chives
- 💧 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp chili oil

ÉTAPES
Chop the onion and chives into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the noodles and rinse under cold water to prevent overcooking.
Heat chili oil in a pan and stir-fry the seafood mix and chopped onion.
Once the onion turns translucent, add water, black bean sauce powder, and seasoning flakes. Simmer until thickened.
