Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🦐 160g seafood mix
- 🧅 120g onion, sliced
- 50g crab sticks
- 40g chives
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
Broth
- 💧 1.5L water
- 2 sheets kombu
Thickening Agent
- 2.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 3 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Boil kombu in water over high heat for 10 minutes, then remove kombu and set broth aside.
Whisk eggs, slice onion and chives, prepare seafood mix, and shred crab sticks.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium-high heat and sauté onion, green onion, garlic, chives, and seafood mix until fragrant.
Add prepared broth to the pot and stir in soy sauce.
Pour whisked eggs into the pot without stirring. Let them rise to the surface naturally.
Once eggs rise, gently stir occasionally and season with salt.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pot. Stir until the soup thickens slightly.
Add shredded crab sticks and simmer briefly before turning off the heat.
Serve the soup generously in bowls.
