    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt

Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the sliced onion until half-cooked.

Add washed and drained oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
