- 1 bell pepper, chopped

- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the vegetables and sausages into bite-sized pieces. If using Vienna sausages, make small cuts for better presentation.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables until slightly softened.
Add the sausages to the pan and stir-fry together with the vegetables.
Mix the ketchup, oyster sauce, and sugar into a sauce and pour it into the pan. Stir well to coat the ingredients evenly.
Transfer the stir-fried mixture to a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
