- 🌭 6 Vienna sausages
- 🥒 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 🍄 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Dice zucchini, carrot, and mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat a pan and sauté the diced vegetables. Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
Mix cold rice with salt and sesame seeds. Turn off the heat and add sesame oil, mixing thoroughly.
Cut Vienna sausages in half lengthwise, then slice each half into six sections.
Blanch the sausage slices in boiling water until they curl into flower shapes.
Shape the rice into balls while still warm. Flatten slightly, place a sausage flower on top, and mold into a round shape.
