- 🌭 1 cup Vienna sausages, sliced

Seasonings
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Boil the quail eggs, peel them, and set aside.
Slice the Vienna sausages and make small cuts for better cooking.
Chop the green onion into pieces similar in size to the quail eggs.
Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.
Add the sausages, quail eggs, and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Cook until the quail eggs and green onion are golden brown.
Add ketchup, oyster sauce, and tonkatsu sauce. Stir well to coat the ingredients evenly.
If desired, add chili pepper or dried chili for a spicy kick.
Cook until the sauce thickens and clings to the ingredients. Serve hot.
