- 🧅 1 stalk green onion

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients by slicing the potatoes and soaking them in water to remove starch.
Make small cuts on the sausages and blanch them in hot water briefly.
In a frying pan, add potatoes and 200ml of water. Cook until the water evaporates and the potatoes are partially cooked.
Add sausages and a bit of cooking oil to the pan. Stir-fry until the potatoes and sausages are golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper, then add chopped green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
