INGRÉDIENTS
- Protein - 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin
 
- Vegetables - 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 
- Other - 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 sheet nori
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve them.
Slice the chicken tenderloin diagonally into 1cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Place the kaiware sprouts in a microwave-safe dish, spread them out, and arrange the chicken pieces on top without overlapping. Pour sake over the chicken and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Transfer the cooked chicken and sprouts to a bowl, add soy sauce, and tear the nori into small pieces while mixing everything together.
