- 1/2 radish
- 💧 1 liter water
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic

- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp apple jam
- 1 dried chili
- 5 leaves napa cabbage
ÉTAPES
Clean the chicken thoroughly and remove any excess fat or skin.
Place the chicken, radish, garlic, ginger, red onion, and green onion into a large pot.
Add 1 liter of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours until the chicken is tender.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, cooking wine, chili powder, anchovy sauce, apple jam, and dried chili.
Serve the chicken soup with napa cabbage leaves and the prepared seasoning sauce on the side.
