- 🐟 2 fillets of salmon
 - 1 tsp salad oil
 - 🍅 5 mini tomatoes
 - 🧀 Pizza cheese as needed
 - 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
 - A pinch of dried parsley
 
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
 - 🧂 A pinch of pepper
 
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the salmon over medium-low heat until both sides are browned.
Place the cooked salmon in a heatproof dish. Spread the sauce over the salmon, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and add mini tomatoes. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley if desired.
