INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
 
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
 
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, cut into wedges
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - to taste black pepper
 - 1 tsp consommé powder
 
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Remove the tomato stem, cut into wedges, and halve them.
Cut the fresh salmon into small bite-sized pieces.
Heat half the olive oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until both sides are browned. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil (1/2 tbsp), onion, and garlic. Sauté over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry. Mix in the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, consommé). Add the tomato and cooked salmon, then stir briefly to combine.
