- 🐟 60g smoked salmon
 - 🍣 20g ikura (salmon roe)

- 🧅 25g thinly sliced onion

- 🧈 10g salted butter
 - 🥛 200cc milk
 
Seasoning
- 80cc water
 - 1/4 tsp consomme
 - 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
 - Pinch of black pepper
 
Herbs
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
 
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add butter and onion, and sauté until the onion softens.
Add the cream sauce ingredients (milk, water, consomme, salt, black pepper) and bring to a boil while stirring for 3 minutes.
Break the spaghetti in half, add it to the pan, and mix well. Cover with a lid and simmer on low-medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the pasta on a plate, top with smoked salmon, ikura, and garnish with chopped parsley.
