- Rice - 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
 
- Seafood - 🦐 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 1/2 piece julienned ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
 
- Liquids - 💧 Water as needed
 
- Seasonings - 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 
ÉTAPES
Julienne the ginger, soak in water briefly, and drain.
In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, salt), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Spread dried sakura shrimp evenly on top.
Cook the rice using the normal setting. Once done, add julienned ginger, mix gently, and serve topped with chopped green onion.
