Main Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of rice cakes
- 🥩 200g beef, any cut
- 🍄 2-3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 10 slices of carrot
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Rice Cake Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Beef Marinade
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- A pinch of black pepper
Additional Seasoning
- 🧂 To taste soy sauce
- To taste sugar
- To taste black pepper
- Generous sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Press the beef with a kitchen towel to remove excess blood.
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced green onion, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
Blanch the rice cakes in boiling water, rinse in cold water, and drain.
Season the rice cakes with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef.
Add the rice cakes and vegetables (except green onion) to the pan and mix well.
Add 5 tbsp of water and stir-fry until the seasoning coats all ingredients.
Adjust the taste with soy sauce and sugar, then add chopped green onion.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously and serve.
