- 🥓 2 slices bacon

- 10cm (120g) daikon, peeled
 - 🌱 30g shelled frozen edamame
 
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
 
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - 💧 500cc water
 
ÉTAPES
Peel the daikon thinly using a peeler to create ribbon-like strips.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the bacon briefly. Add the daikon and stir until coated with oil.
Add consommé, salt, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the shelled edamame and stir to combine.
