INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 2 handfuls of chopped kimchi
- 4 sheets of tofu skin
- 🧅 1 tbsp of chopped green onion
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Broth Ingredients
- 1 sheet of kombu (5cm x 5cm)
- 🐟 8 dried anchovies
ÉTAPES
Chop the kimchi and tofu skin into small pieces. Briefly pre-soak the tofu skin in hot water.
In a pot, add kombu and dried anchovies. Boil on high heat until it starts bubbling, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes to create the broth.
After 15 minutes, remove the broth ingredients.
Add chopped kimchi to the broth and boil on high heat for 10-15 minutes until the kimchi is cooked through.
Once the kimchi is cooked, add the tofu skin.
Season with 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, and a pinch of salt. Optionally, add a dash of pepper to finish.
