- 370g ground pork
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
 - 4 stalks green onion, chopped
 
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp gochujang
 - 2 tbsp cooking wine
 - 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp plum extract
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 
ÉTAPES
Measure 370g of ground pork, approximately 2 cups.
Chop 1/2 onion and 4 stalks of green onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and green onion.
Add the ground pork and 2 tbsp of cooking wine.
Add 1.5 tbsp of minced garlic and continue to stir-fry.
Add 4 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of plum extract, then stir-fry.
Add 6 tbsp of gochujang and mix well.
Turn off the heat and add 2 tbsp of corn syrup.
