- 1 head napa cabbage
- desired amount green onion
- 1 stalk spring onion
Seasonings
- 1 cup red pepper powder
- 1/3 cup anchovy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp salted shrimp
- a small amount sugar
- a small amount sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Separate napa cabbage leaves, wash thoroughly, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Add minced garlic and ginger.
Add green onion and spring onion. Slice spring onion diagonally into 1/2 cup portions.
Add red pepper powder. No need to brine the cabbage or use glutinous rice paste.
Add salted shrimp, anchovy sauce, and plum extract. Mix well to complete the seasoning.
