    • 🥩 100g beef for soup
    • 🧄 11 cloves garlic
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍯 1 tbsp honey
  • Seasonings

    • A pinch of pepper
    • 🧂 A pinch of sea salt
    • A small amount of olive oil
    • Optional parsley flakes

Boil pasta for 5–6 minutes with a pinch of sea salt. Slice garlic into thin pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant. Add 100g of beef and sprinkle with pepper, then stir-fry.

Add cooked pasta to the pan. Mix in 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and check the color. If too light, add another tbsp.

Add 1 tbsp of honey and stir-fry until well combined. Finish cooking and serve.
