- 300g bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1 onion
- 2 chili peppers
Meat
- 200g pork belly
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces and mix with all seasonings. Massage the pork to coat evenly.
Layer bean sprouts in a pan, followed by seasoned pork, onion slices, green onion, and chili peppers. Cover with a lid.
Cook on medium heat until steam starts to escape, approximately 4 minutes. Reduce to low heat, mix well, and serve.
