ÉTAPES
Add quail eggs, soy sauce, water, mirin, and sugar to a pot. Simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors into the quail eggs.
While the eggs are simmering, slice the king oyster mushrooms into halves and cut them into thin slices. Halve the green chili peppers.
After 10 minutes, add the sliced king oyster mushrooms to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add the green chili peppers and simmer for 3 more minutes. Ensure all ingredients are well-coated with the sauce.
