- 🥔 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- A small amount of vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the potatoes, onion, and carrot.
Boil water and add a pinch of salt. Blanch the sliced potatoes until partially cooked.
Drain the potatoes and remove excess water.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Stir-fry the onion and carrot.
Add the blanched potatoes to the pan and stir-fry together.
