- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt

- A small amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Blanch the spam in boiling water to remove excess salt, grease, and additives. Slice it into thick strips.
Slice the potatoes into thick strips. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of salt and mix well. Let them sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water to remove starch and salt. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the edges turn translucent. Cover the pan and cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the spam and 0.5 tbsp of oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and pepper.
