ÉTAPES
Prepare 1 potato and 1/4 onion.
Peel the potato and boil it in water for 20 minutes until tender.
Melt butter in a heated pan and sauté the sliced onion until soft. Set aside in a blender.
Toast bread edges in the same pan until crispy.
Cut the boiled potato into smaller pieces.
Blend the onion, potato, and 2 cups of milk until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a pan and simmer gently. Season with 1/3 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
Serve the soup with toasted bread edges on top.
