    • 450g pancake mix
  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 180g potato
    • 🍠 150g sweet potato
  • Dairy & Eggs

    • 🥚 2 eggs
    • 🥛 70ml milk
  • Butter

    • 🧈 2 tbsp butter

ÉTAPES

Prepare all ingredients for potato and sweet potato pancakes.

Wash potatoes and sweet potatoes thoroughly. Place them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap leaving one corner open, and microwave for 4 minutes.

Peel the cooked sweet potatoes and potatoes.

Dice the peeled sweet potatoes and potatoes into 1cm cubes.

Mix pancake mix with 2 eggs and 70ml milk to create a batter.

Divide the batter into two portions and mix one with diced sweet potatoes and the other with diced potatoes.

Heat a frying pan over low heat and add 1 tbsp butter. Spread the potato batter into a 1cm thick layer.

Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Repeat the process with the sweet potato batter.

Serve the potato pancake and sweet potato pancake warm.
