- 🧅 1 onion, sliced

- 1 canned ham, mashed

- 1 tbsp soybean paste (doenjang)
- 2 tbsp red chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by slicing potatoes and onions, and mashing the canned ham.
Add potatoes and onions to a pot, then pour in 3 cups of water.
Add 1 tbsp soybean paste (doenjang), 2 tbsp red chili paste (gochujang), and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pot.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp red pepper powder to the pot.
Add the mashed canned ham to the pot and simmer over medium heat.
Once the stew is well-cooked, garnish with chopped green onions and chili peppers.
