INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1 chili (seeded)
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg

- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Dice the potato, carrot, and chili. Remove seeds from the chili.
Soak diced potato in water to remove starch.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté the potato and carrot.
Season the potato with salt and pepper.
Push the sautéed vegetables to one side of the pan and scramble the egg on the other side.
Mix the scrambled egg with the vegetables and add soy sauce around the edges of the pan.
Add diced chili and stir well.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined.
Finish with sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds.
