- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 💧 1 cup water
ÉTAPES
Dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
Optionally soak the potatoes in water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Add diced potatoes to a pan and pour enough water to cover them halfway.
Add 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp corn syrup to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning by adding 1 tbsp soy sauce if needed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and black pepper over the potatoes before serving.
